My work life before health coaching was spent as an Industrial Engineer, Project Manager, New Product Process Development Manager and Wellness Program Coordinator/ Developer.
During those 30 years, I acquired knowledge and many skills relating to communication, human nature, leadership, cross-functional teamwork and so much more. Each of my life experiences adds to my distinctiveness and amplifies my skills as a Health Coach.
