I love music, art, nature, yoga and cooking. I’m creative, energetic, easy-to-laugh, curious and passionate. I live a rewarding, balanced and purpose-driven life, but…not so fast….
Migraines, anxiety and depression plagued my youth and robbed my sense of well-being. A weak immune system meant I was often sick. I battled digestive issues, hormonal dysfunction and lacked self-confidence.
I found conventional medicine offered only band-aids, or at best limited help and I deserved more. Enough was enough!
I began to seek out natural solutions – exercise, healthy foods, meditation, herbs, massage, nutritional supplements, wellness therapies. Over time, I discovered what supported me best; what worked and what didn’t – what was sustainable and what wasn’t.
It made a big difference in my health and vitality.
It wasn’t until I enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s Health Coaching Program, that I realized just how multifaceted wellness really is.
As I began to peel back the layers of who I am and what I wanted for my life. I learned to listen to my body’s messages and treat myself with compassion and loving kindness.
I began to follow my heart’s desires and set in motion deep and profound healing.
My goal as a Health Coach is to help my clients discover their own unique version of a healthy, happy, and balanced life in which they thrive.

I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned innovative coaching methods, integrative nutrition, practical lifestyle management techniques, and whole-person wellness.
