Today’s fast-paced world can leave us feeling a lot like a hamster on a wheel, in a state of chronic stress, imbalanced and disconnected. We lose touch with ourselves and do whatever it takes to just get by.


The Vital Body Wellness approach is designed to help you restore balance and sense of well-being by cultivating a holistic mind, body, heart awareness. A Holistic Approach to health and wellness means looking at how all areas of your life are connected.

  • Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising?

Holistic Nutrition emphasizes the importance of nutrient-dense local and organic produce, whole grains, high-quality proteins, plant-based fats, and clean water. I’ll introduce you to some of the healthiest foods on the planet, meal planning techniques, food prep, home cooking and some great alternatives as well.

Mindful Living

The way to find peace in an overwhelming and stressful world is to live more mindfully. Mindfulness is a present-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, body and environment. It includes the nurturing of positive states of mind; such as compassion and kindness and there are many rewards. I will help you explore & cultivate everyday mindfulness practices.

Adding In = Crowding Out

Simply put – it’s not about deprivation. It’s about adding in more healthy elements. The more, healthy foods, thoughts, practices and products you add in your life, the less space there will be for things that drain you. This is easier to make happen than you may think, and I will support you with great suggestions.

There are more things that feed you then what comes on a plate! It’s not just the food we eat that affects our health, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, purposeful work, regular physical activity, and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. When these “primary foods” are balanced, we experience less problems with foods we eat. I will support you in achieving all your goals, from eating the right foods for your body to living an inspired, fulfilling life.

It’s often an afterthought, but self-care is a very important aspect of wellness. Routine self-care practices prevent stress from building, it recharges your batteries and better prepares you for handling whatever challenges come your way. Whether it’s taking a nap or getting a massage, the trick here is to prioritize it!
