2 teaspoons finely grated peeled turmeric or ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil (regular sesame oil is fine)
Directions
Whisk together vinegar, mirin, vegetable oil, carrot, miso, ginger, turmeric, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
Notes
This dressing can be used as a marinade for meat and fish, a dressing for salad or soba noodles. Top salmon or other fish like Baramundi before baking.
Store and leftover dressing in a glass container in the refrigerator.
