Cashew Milk

Soak raw cashews for at least 4 hours. Not included in prep time.

Cooking Time

1 Minute - no cooking, only processing time.

Yields

3 cups

Ingredients

3 cups water 

1 cup raw cashews (soaked overnight, drained and rinsed) 

Agave nectar, Monk Fruit, Truvia or Stevia, to taste (optional) 

1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a high powered blender container (like a Vitamix, Nutribullet or Ninja) in the order listed and secure lid.
  2. Blend for 45 seconds on high or until desired consistency is reached.  (There should be no noticeable particles.)
  3. Store in refrigerator.

Shake well before using.
