The effect is one of improved mobility, deep relaxation and enhanced physical and mental well-being. 


What to Expect

The practitioner uses hands, thumbs, knees and feet to apply gentle compression and position the body into a wide variety of stretching movements that are difficult to attain through individual exercise.

The session is performed on a floor mat with the client wearing comfortable loose clothing.  There is continuous body contact between practitioner and client.

Each session typically lasts 90 minutes, although sessions can be as short as 60 minutes or as long as 2 hours or more.
