Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a muffin pan with 12 paper liners.
In a large bowl, combine oat flour, oats, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
In a medium bowl, combine eggs, honey, oil, mashed bananas and vanilla.
Add to flour mixture, stirring just until blended. Spoon evenly into prepared muffin pans. Sprinkle evenly with walnuts.
Bake 15 - 18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
